“For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in.”
This verse is the heartbeat of DOUGHJO USA.
When Jesus spoke these words, He was showing what it truly means to live out the Gospel — not just in word, but in action. He wasn’t talking about symbolic hunger or theoretical kindness. He was talking about real people with real needs. People who are hungry, tired, forgotten, and spiritually lost.
At DOUGHJO USA, we believe Jesus still walks into those places today — and He does it through us.
We feed the hungry, because He told us to.
We serve handcrafted pizza, but what we’re really offering is hope, dignity, and the love of Christ.
We welcome strangers with a meal and a prayer because that’s how the Kingdom of God works — one table, one soul, one act of obedience at a time.
Matthew 25:35 isn’t just a verse to us — it’s a blueprint.
It’s the call to go where others won’t, love who others overlook, and reflect the radical generosity of Jesus with every meal we serve.
This is what it means to serve with purpose.
This is what it means to be DOUGHJO USA.
DOUGHJO USA is a faith-driven nonprofit that uses food as a vehicle for hope, healing, and the Gospel. We serve handcrafted pizzas from mobile ovens — but our real mission is to show up in forgotten places and remind people of a God who hasn’t forgotten them.
We are not a food truck. We are a ministry on wheels — showing up where most won’t go, feeding those most overlook, and offering second chances through Christ-centered employment and outreach.
We bring mobile pizza ovens into the places most people overlook — and serve meals that meet both physical and emotional hunger.
We train and hire those the world often discards — returning citizens, recovering addicts, the marginalized. We believe redemption is always possible because we’ve lived it ourselves.
