DOUGHJO USA is a Christ-centered nonprofit using food to bring hope, dignity, and second chances into real communities.

We don’t just make pizza. We create moments where people feel seen, valued, and cared for.
Across Nashville and beyond, we show up in places where people are hurting, overlooked, or in need of connection—and we serve fresh, high-quality meals in a way that restores dignity, not just meets need.

What makes DOUGHJO USA different is how we do it.
We operate with a simple, repeatable model:
• We serve meals in outreach settings where relationships matter
• We create second-chance work opportunities for people rebuilding their lives
• We build a system through pizza sales that funds ongoing impact
• We respond in times of crisis with food, presence, and care

This isn’t random outreach. It’s a system designed to scale compassion.
Over the past year, we’ve already served hundreds of pizzas at community events, outreach gatherings, and moments where people simply needed to be seen.

And we’re just getting started.

WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE
• A hot, fresh meal served with dignity—where someone sits, eats, and is treated like they matter
• A second-chance employee learning a skill, earning income, and stepping into a new path forward
• A team showing up after a disaster—feeding people when resources are limited and hope feels far away
• A community gathering where conversations happen, walls come down, and people experience real care

REAL MOMENTS

After a December outreach, one of our volunteers, Fran, came up and shared something we’ll never forget.
She said she had never prayed for someone she didn’t know before—until that event.

That moment wasn’t just about serving pizza. It was about someone stepping into faith and obedience for the first time.
It was a reminder that God is not only using DOUGHJO USA to serve people— He’s using it to grow people.

At another outreach with People Loving Nashville, a security guard walked over and said, "I’m not religious, but I hope this blesses y’all."
And in that moment, something stood out. Even people who don’t claim faith can see that something meaningful is happening.
They may not have the language for it—but they recognize the impact.

Moments like these are only possible because people choose to step in and support what God is doing through DOUGHJO USA.
Every step forward—every oven, every event, every person served—moves us closer to a future where DOUGHJO USA is fully equipped to show up consistently, respond quickly, and serve with excellence wherever we’re needed.
